I am very excited to announce that I will be teaching a four-part series on the Bhagavad Gita hosted by Healthier Vibrations!
Join Christie Smirl and I as we explore key chapters in the important spiritual text. We will investigate the importance of the Bhagavad Gita to not only Yoga, but every aspect of daily life. During our four sessions we will provide insight into the paths of Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and the beautiful indescribable path of Bhakti Yoga.
